Job Description
3. Collaborate with stakeholders to analyse and understand change impacts related to SAP S/4 initiatives.
4. Develop and implement change management strategies and plans to support project goals.
5. Facilitate workshops and training sessions to ensure seamless adoption of SAP S/4 systems and processes.
6. Monitor and report on change readiness and stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
7. Create communication materials to effectively convey change objectives and updates to relevant audiences.
8. Identify and address potential risks and resistance to change within the organisation.
9. Work closely with project teams to ensure alignment between technical and business requirements.
10. Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of change management initiatives and refine approaches as needed.
Requirements
11. Demonstrated experience in asset management and SAP ERP programs, ideally including SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA initiatives.
12. Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
13. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
14. Experience in facilitating workshops and training sessions.
15. A proactive and solutions-focused approach to challenges.
