What you'll be doing
* Proactively sourcing and engaging talent across multiple channels
* Building and nurturing candidate pools for current and future roles
* Partnering with Talent Partners and Hiring Managers to understand what great looks like
* Sharing market insights and supporting recruitment campaigns
* Championing our employer brand and candidate experience
What you'll bring
* 2+ years' experience in recruitment or sourcing, ideally in a fast-paced environment
* Strong skills in sourcing tools, platforms, and social media
* A relationship-builder who thrives on connecting with people
* Organised, curious, and proactive with an eye for detail
