Early Childhood Lead Educator - Blacktown
We are currently seeking an experienced Early Childhood Lead Educator to join our team in our newly built Blacktown centre.
About the Role
As a Lead Educator, you will:
* Lead the planning, implementation and evaluation of educational programs in line with the EYLF and NQS
* Create a nurturing, inclusive and stimulating learning environment
* Mentor, support and guide educators within the room
* Build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues
* Work collaboratively with leadership to support continuous improvement

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education and Care.
* Current Working with Children Check.
* Approved First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications.
* Strong knowledge of EYLF and NQS.
* Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
* Solid computer literacy and administrative skills.
