More About You - Assistant Store Manager
You will form part of the management team, supporting the Store Manager with daily business operations. Your confidence, energy, and passion for customer service will inspire the team to achieve set store goals.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist and support the Store Manager across all aspects of store management
* Visual merchandising
* Store administration
* Training & coaching of new team members
* Effectively delegating & managing the team
* Providing leadership & guidance to the team
* Maintaining a clean, organized, and aesthetically pleasing storefront
* Ensuring store environment complies with health and safety regulations
* Monitoring and maintaining suitable store inventory levels
* Delivering energetic customer service with a proven sales‐growth mindset
* Providing regular assistance to customers and resolving queries in a timely and professional manner
Qualifications
* Strong leadership skills with an ability to connect positively with both customers and team
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* A happy, friendly, and energetic personality
* A desire to deliver high‐quality customer service
* Current or valid police check, or willingness to obtain if successful
