 
        
        As the Executive Assistant, you'll be the backbone of the Senior Executives, providing comprehensive administrative support. From managing diaries and coordinating appointments to liaising with various stakeholders, your days will be filled with interesting and challenging tasks. 
Responsibilities: 
? Coordinate diaries and appointments, ensuring seamless travel arrangements. 
Manage correspondence and ministerial workflow, meeting deadlines efficiently. 
Assist in preparing meeting papers and logistics for high-profile gatherings. 
Liaise with stakeholders, including the Minister's Office, with a strong customer service focus. 
Handle financial coordination for Senior Executives. 
Monitor telephones and provide general administrative support as required.
