Focused on gold exploration and production in Western Australia, our flagship Marvel Loch project operates multiple open pits and underground mines servicing a 2.1Mt per annum processing facility. About the Role
You will support the geology team in delivering accurate grade control, geological interpretation, and production support to maximise ore recovery and minimise dilution. Graduate roles typically involve hands‐on exposure to drilling, sampling, mapping, and reporting in active mining environments.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist with grade control drilling, sampling, and logging
* Conduct geological mapping and ore mark‐ups
* Support drill rig supervision and data collection
* Monitor ore/waste boundaries to optimise recovery
* Maintain accurate geological databases and QA/QC processes
* Assist with daily, weekly, and monthly reporting
* Collaborate with mining and processing teams on production outcomes
About You
* Degree in Geology or related discipline
* Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
* Ability to work in a FIFO environment
* Current C Class Driver's Licence (WA preferred)
* Good communication and teamwork skills
* Previous vacation work or site experience highly regarded
You must have a current WA driver's licence and be able to pass pre‐employment checks including a full medical, drug, and alcohol testing, and a police clearance.
