We're looking for a data-driven SEM Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize paid search campaigns that drive qualified traffic and measurable results. This role is ideal for professionals passionate about paid media, analytics, and continuous performance optimization in a remote-first environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan, manage, and optimize paid search campaigns across
Google Ads and Microsoft Ads (Bing)
* Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis
* Create and optimize ad copy, extensions, and landing page alignment
* Manage budgets, bids, and performance targets (CPC, CPA, ROAS)
* Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Ads, and dashboards
* Run A/B tests on ads, keywords, and landing pages to improve conversion rates
* Collaborate with SEO, content, and design teams to align search strategies
* Stay up to date with SEM trends, tools, and platform updates
Requirements
* 1–3 years of experience in SEM, paid search, or performance marketing
* Hands-on experience with
Google Ads
(Search, Display; Shopping a plus)
* Experience with
Microsoft Ads
is a plus
* Strong analytical skills and comfort with performance metrics and reporting
* Familiarity with conversion tracking, attribution, and tagging (GTM, pixels)
* Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
* Fluent in English
* Based in Australia with full legal right to work full-time
