About the Role:
You will take the lead on a major industrial/commercial development in Adelaide, with construction expected to run for approximately 18–24 months.
This is a true end-to-end delivery role where you will:
* Lead the project from early construction through to completion and handover
* Manage site and office teams, consultants and subcontractors
* Oversee programme, cost control, risk management and stakeholder coordination
* Drive safety, quality and programme outcomes on a large-scale, complex build
The role is suited to either:
* An established Senior Project Manager experienced in delivering large industrial or commercial builds; or
* A high-performing Project Manager ready to step up into a Senior position with full project ownership.
Candidates can be Adelaide-based or Melbourne-based, with full relocation support provided.
Role Requirements:
* 8+ years' experience in commercial construction (ideally industrial/warehouse/manufacturing/logistics projects)
* Proven track record delivering large-scale projects ($50M+ preferred)
* Strong programming, cost control and contract administration capability
* Experience leading site teams and managing client relationships
* Commercially astute with strong subcontractor management skills
* Stable employment history with reputable builders
Interstate candidates must be open to relocating to Adelaide for the duration of the project.
