Due to the continual growth of our organisation, we are seeking applications for MR or HR Delivery Drivers to join our distribution team based in Fyshwick, Canberra.
About the role
Reporting to the Transport Manager is a full-time permanent role offering great work-life balance, career progression, and immediate start for the right candidate.
Main Responsibilities:
* Multi-drop deliveries to customer sites.
* Loading/unloading vehicles with electric pallet jacks and hand unloading the delivery
* Checking incoming goods for temperature and accuracy
* Ensure all deliveries are completed in an effective & efficient manner.
* Ensure all invoices are signed and complete all paperwork as per company's policy.
* Maintaining Company vehicle.
About you
* Must possess a valid Medium Rigid / Heavy Rigid Licence.
* Be able to drive manual as well as automatic trucks
* Knowledge of Canberra is an advantage
* Previous Foodservice / FMCG delivery is desirable
* Good attention to detail and accuracy.
* Understand all aspects of OH&S compliance and manual handling.
* Be flexible and self-motivated.
* A forklift license is an advantage
