Job Title: Marketing Specialist
This role is a key contributor to the success of our business. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving retention and growth through email marketing channels.
The purpose of this role is to develop and execute strategic plans for direct-to-customer (B2C) insurance products within the APAC region. This includes creating engaging email content, managing campaign execution, and analyzing performance metrics.
* Develop email marketing plans to achieve overall revenue goals
* Manage acquisition and retention email marketing strategies
* Work with local country marketing leads on creative briefs and asset development
* Test and optimize email content and list segmentation
* Monitor and report email performance metrics
The ideal candidate will have experience in direct or email marketing, preferably in a regulated industry such as financial or insurance. They should also have expertise in campaign management, email creative asset development, testing, statistical significance testing, reporting, and analysis.
They will work closely with various internal stakeholders, including marketing leadership, sales, IT, implementation, finance, operations, product, and creative services teams. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential for this role.
