Main Responsibilities
* Providing exceptional care and support to clients in their homes and communities
* Building positive relationships with clients, families and colleagues
* Working collaboratively as part of a team to achieve outstanding outcomes
* Maintaining accurate records and reports
Key Requirements
* NDIS Worker Screening Check and Blue Card
* Current first aid and CPR certification
* A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to remain calm in response to emotional behaviours
* Observation and written communication skills
