About Us

At Allianz Australia, we are the largest provider of boat insurance in Australia. We have been protecting the needs of boat enthusiasts since 1959.

The Role

We are seeking Customer Service Specialists for part-time positions in our Adelaide office. The initial training for the role will be conducted full time for two weeks. After this is completed, you will be able to work in a hybrid work arrangement of two days in the office, and three days from home.

* This role is based in our Adelaide office with a variety of shift options between 8am to 8pm (AEST) from Monday to Friday. Optional flexibility to work on Saturday & Sunday between 8am to 5 pm (AEST).
* Working two days in the Adelaide office is a minimum requirement.
* You will be taking customers' incoming calls in a key customer-facing role.
* This high-pressure environment requires excellent multi-tasking skills.
* Training, support, and tools of trade will be provided to assist you succeed.
