About the role:
Senior Test Analyst – SuccessFactors
Job Description:
* Develop and execute
manual and automated test scripts
using
Test Assure
across SAP SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, etc.).
* Validate
UKG Dimensions/Kronos
configurations including shift differentials, union rules, and clinical scheduling logic.
* Perform
integration testing
between SAP SuccessFactors and UKG for seamless data flow across HR, payroll, and time systems.
* Coordinate
UAT cycles
, defect tracking, and stakeholder communication across HR, IT departments.
* Provide test documentation and evidence for audits and regulatory reviews.
