The heart of this role is providing impeccable customer service to Hamilton Club Members, and their guests, at the expected high standard. The responsibilities of the Front of House staff are wide and varied, with the focus always on presenting a welcoming environment, in keeping with the proud history and traditions of the Club. As Team Leader you will assist with the coordination of Club events and functions and supervise other front of house staff. You will need to be available to work regularly during the day, as well as at functions when held in the evenings or weekends.
Our ideal candidate is energetic, polite, reliable, friendly, and well presented at all times. You are able to listen, take directions, complete allocated tasks unsupervised and show initiative when set tasks completed. You have a great eye and attention to detail and take pride in delivering exceptional customer service. You will be able to train and supervise front of house team members to the same high standard. We use Xero for sales and accounts so you will need to have capability to learn how to use this software.
