Business Development Manager – Agri SaaS (Griffith & Surrounds)
I’m working with a fast-growing Agri SaaS company that’s helping farmers around the world use data and AI to improve crop yields and efficiency. They’re now looking for a Business Development Manager to grow and support their customer base across the Griffith region.
This role combines relationship-building, hands-on product demos, and strategic sales — perfect for someone who wants to be part of the AgTech revolution and make a real impact in the farming industry.

What You’ll Be Doing:
* Identify and win new business in the horticultural/agri space
* Deliver in-field product demos and train customers on-site
* Build long-term relationships with growers and agri professionals
* Develop and execute sales strategies that deliver growth
* Work closely with product and support teams to meet customer needs
* Travel regularly within the region to meet clients and attend events
What We’re Looking For:
* 3+ years in sales, ideally in agribusiness, AgTech, or related fields
* Experience with tree crops, horticulture, or agronomy is a big plus
* Strong understanding of farming systems, irrigation, or crop science is helpful
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Self-starter who thrives on autonomy
* Driver’s license + own vehicle
* Valid work rights for Australia
