In this role
, you will have the opportunity to:
1. Provide administrative and coordination support for a variety of marketing programs and campaigns across multiple channels.
2. Contribute and support the tactical execution (internal/external coordination, scheduling, editing etc.) for regional marketing activities which may include webinars, social media, email marketing, trade show/conference, sales events and market research.
3. Provide analysis of all results and tracking in our CRM (SalesForce) to improve our business intelligence and reduce the time to sales.
4. Execute on the coordination of design and content for key regional marketing assets including video, collateral, content, blog posts.
5. Coordinate with vendors for production and distribution, including the localisation of marketing/sales material to support events and other activities.
In order to be successful in this role, you should have:
6. A marketing or related degree with 3+ years’ experience, or equivalent experience in a similar role.
7. Experience working with marketing automation platforms, such as Marketo and CRM software as well as Salesforce is desirable.
8. Experience in B2B software or B2B technology company is an advantage.
9. An understanding and application of marketing theory and practices, with the knowledge of and interest in digital marketing trends and analytics is a plus.
10. A collaborative self-starter with strong attention to detail, organisational skills and the ability to balance multiple projects and follow established standards and processes.
11. The ability to work across a global organisation, spanning different time zones and cultures, with availability to travel as required.
12. A willingness to learn and a keen interest and passion for marketing and sales.
