Coming from a STRONG & PROVEN Management background, you will be able to demonstrate your ability to create and support a team who collaborate and are committed to operational excellence. You will understand the importance of surrounding yourself with great people, and will be confident dedicating your time to training and working closely alongside your team on the shop floor.
On a daily basis you will be accountable for overseeing high-volume inventory levels and you will understand being a merchant to optimise product presentation and sales. Most importantly: you will love following policies, procedures and OH&S standards to ensure a safe and happy work place.
