Front Desk Support

We are seeking a highly organized and professional Front Desk Support to manage the reception area, handle telephone switchboards, and perform general administrative tasks.

* Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinating meeting rooms, equipment, and catering, as well as setting up for internal and external events.
* Assisting with travel arrangements and bookings.
* Managing onboarding processes for new starters.
* Supporting studio culture and engagement by organizing functions, staff events, and client events.
* Acting as the first point of contact for staff, clients, and visitors with a warm and professional approach.
* Managing supplies, including stationery and amenities orders.
* Providing basic IT support and liaising with the regional IT team as needed.
* Entering invoice data under the guidance of the Studio Support Manager and Accounts team.
* Handling mail-related duties, including sorting incoming and outgoing mail, distributing internally, and arranging couriers.
* Maintaining a clean and tidy studio, meeting rooms, and kitchen areas.
* Liaising with building management for tenant-related matters.
* Providing general administrative support, including document formatting, typing, binding, copying, collating, and preparing reports and correspondence.

About You:

We're looking for a friendly, professional, and highly organized individual who thrives in a dynamic environment. With a background in reception, administration, or secretarial support, you bring excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a positive attitude.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Completion of formal training in reception and/or secretarial duties, or equivalent relevant experience.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
* Proficient in basic computer use, internet navigation, and keyboard skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively, often under pressure.
* Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
