Home Care Support Worker
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Home Care Support Worker to join our team. As a valued member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.

About the Role:
This is a permanent part-time position available in Bunbury and surrounding areas. As a Home Care Support Worker, your primary responsibility will be to provide assistance with daily living activities, such as cleaning, personal care, meal preparation, shopping, and social support.
You will also be responsible for liaising with our Care Coordinators to provide updates on client care needs, carefully following client care plans, and logging activities via smartphone.
Developing trust and maintaining a positive rapport with our clients and their families is essential in this role.

About You:
To be successful in this role, you will need to be comfortable working independently and enjoy building relationships with people. You will also need to possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Previous experience in aged care or a related field would be highly regarded, but not necessary if you have relevant training and certifications.
