**Intercruises Shoreside & Port Services are looking for casual Customer Service Agents to work at the new **Brisbane International Cruise Terminal.**

Royal Caribbean's Quantum of the Seas is coming to Brisbane and we need your help make it a success This isn't just any ship - this is the largest and most revolutionary cruise ship to ever be based in Australia.
We need casual Customer Service Agents to work within Australia's first purpose-built cruise terminal on turnaround days - the day on which one cruise finishes and the next one begins. That's up to ten thousand guests in a day that will be disembarking/embarking the ship and moving through the cruise terminal
Our Customer Service Agents are the face of the cruise line and form the seamless link between land and ship.
You'll be part of a fun, fast-paced and vibrant work environment where no two days are the same. Interacting with our guests from all over Australia and the world, you'll be part of the start-up team that ushers in a new era of Australian cruising. All the while you'll be working for TUI Group - the world's largest travel business.

While any customer service experience you have is a bonus, it's more important to us that you just have a passion for delivering great service to our guests. Along with your excellent communication skills, you'll need to have a genuinely helpful, flexible, and professional personality. You also need to be comfortable with basic technology as you'll be checking in guests with iPads, scanning their travel documents and verifying their vaccination status - all with a smile on your face while letting them know they're about to embark on the holiday of a lifetime
We have 23 turnaround days between November 1st and April 12th and are looking to build our Queensland team as Brisbane becomes the focus of the Australian cruise industry.
