Key Responsibilities:
* Personal Care: Assist residents with showering, dressing, and personal hygiene tasks
* Daily Living Assistance: Help residents with meal preparation, mobility, and other daily activities
* Care Planning: Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet resident needs
* Communication: Maintain effective communication with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
Requirements:
* Qualifications: Completion of a relevant qualification or experience in a similar role
* Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently, and physically able to perform daily living assistance tasks
* Experience: Previous experience in a similar role or a passion for working with older adults
