Warehouse Administrator / Customer Service Representative
Location : Lytton, QLD ****
Hours : Monday to Friday, 6am, 7am, 8am or 9am start (preffered start times will be considered)
Pay Rate : $39 per hour (casual rate)
About the Role
We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Warehouse Administrator / Customer Service Representative to join our team in Lytton. This role combines customer service excellence with efficient warehouse coordination, ensuring smooth operations and strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for designated customers, managing all related activities promptly and professionally.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients to ensure clear and effective communication.
Coordinate client orders, working closely with warehouse and transport teams to deliver cost-effective solutions.
Monitor Service Level Agreements and rate structures for assigned customers.
Manage daily tasks including order processing, stock counts, and KPI tracking using available systems and tools.
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in logistics and customer service will be highly regarded.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; experience with KPI management is desirable.
Confidence in learning new systems - experience with Warehouse Management Systems is an advantage.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with a diverse range of employees and customers.
Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
Must be able to pass pre-employment Drug & Alcohol screening and a National Police Check.
