Key Responsibilities:
* Maintaining client computer systems, including hardware and software applications, with a focus on Microsoft Applications
* Troubleshooting issues with Windows 10 and Office 365
* Ensuring optimal performance across all IT systems, allowing employees to maintain high productivity levels
* Providing technical assistance with hardware and software to end-users
* Logging bugs and enhancement requests
* Resolving IT Support issues via phone, in-person, and electronically
* Maintaining the job ticket system and liaising with L2 support to escalate complex issues
