Job Title: Clinical Skills Development Nurse
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled nurse to join our team as a Clinical Skills Development Nurse. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing the knowledge and skills of nursing staff, planning and implementing education and training programs, and providing support for new staff members.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement comprehensive education and professional development programs to meet identified learning needs of nursing staff.
* Conduct training needs analysis to determine learning needs of staff and plan, prepare, and manage required training and development activities.
* C coordinate and facilitate unit-based orientation and in-service programs to enable nurses to attain and sustain competency in clinical performance.
* Evaluate learning outcomes and effectiveness of training and professional development programs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A valid working visa or Australian citizenship/permanent residency.
* Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
* Relevant experience in clinical education and training.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
