Job Description
The Coordinator Reconciliation will lead the strategic connection between internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve reconciliation goals under the current Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP). This includes managing reconciliation-related committees, supporting cross-departmental RAP deliverables, and leading the development of future RAPs.

* Support strategic cultural development initiatives
* Manage reconciliation-related committees and deliverables
Requirements
Essential Qualifications:
* Certificate IV in cultural or community development, or equivalent qualification/work experience
* Minimum two (2) years' experience in a similar role
* NT Working with Children Clearance (Ochre Card)
* Class C Driver's Licence (or ability to obtain)
Desirable Qualifications:
* Diploma-level qualifications in a human-centred discipline (e.g. sociology, history, education, or community development), or significant equivalent experience
