Your new role You will join the firm as an experienced Legal Executive Assistant, providing high-level support to a senior principal and up to three solicitors within their busy commercial practice.
In this fast-paced and varied role, you will be responsible for managing complex diaries, arranging meetings and, coordinating client communications, as well as ensuring seamless workflow across the team. Your responsibilities will include: Providing senior-level EA support to a principal and three commercial solicitors
Managing diaries, inboxes and travel, and coordinating internal and external meetings Preparing, drafting and formatting correspondence and commercial documentation Handling billing, file management and practice administration tasks
Liaising with clients, stakeholders and internal teams with professionalism and discretion Supporting broader practice operations to drive efficiency and organisation What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will have: Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally within a law firm or professional services environment. A strong understanding of legal processes, commercial documentation and practice administration
Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities Advanced MS Office skills and confidence working with legal systems Strong written communication, document accuracy and attention to detail
