With a growing team of professionals and a commitment to operational excellence, we are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented **NDIS Service Administrator** to join our team and support the coordination of service agreements, contracts, and client support activities.
**About the Role**
As the **NDIS Service Administrator**, you will play a key role in ensuring our services are delivered efficiently, in line with both contractual obligations and the NDIS Practice Standards. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of service agreements, supporting internal teams, liaising with external stakeholders, and maintaining accurate and compliant documentation.
This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills, a proactive mindset, and a passion for contributing to positive client outcomes in the NDIS or community services sector.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate, draft, and manage individualised **NDIS service agreements** and associated contractual documents.
- Liaise directly with clients, families, support coordinators, and service providers to clarify service requirements and expectations.
- Ensure all services are delivered in accordance with **NDIS guidelines**, funding rules, and contract terms.
- Track service performance against agreements, identifying and resolving any discrepancies or delays.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate client data, documentation, and records within internal systems.
- Support financial functions such as budgeting, invoice tracking, and reconciliation related to service delivery.
- Manage contract variations, renewals, terminations, and other administrative updates.
- Prepare and submit compliance reports, audits, and documentation as required by regulatory bodies.
- Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of internal **policies and procedures** relating to service coordination, compliance, and contract administration.
**Skills & Experience**
- Proven experience in **contract administration, service coordination**, or similar roles within NDIS, disability services, or community organisations.
- Sound understanding of **NDIS frameworks, compliance obligations**, and funding models (highly regarded).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across clients, teams, and external stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and **exceptional organisational and time management** capabilities.
- Proficiency in **Microsoft Office Suite** (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with **CRM or case management systems** (e.g. SupportAbility, Carelink+, or similar).
- Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
- Relevant qualifications in **Business Administration, Management, or Community Services** (desirable but not essential).

Pay: $80,000.00 - $87,000.00 per year
