Responsibilities include prospecting, qualifying, selling Avive’s community services, and consulting with our sales team to support customer engagement. We prefer self-starters, team players, solutions-oriented individuals who are adaptable and committed to our sales and impact goals from day one.*This role requires up to 50% travel, including air and ground travel.**Candidates in FL, GA, PA, TX, OH, & MI will be prioritized. Those west of CO are not considered at this time.What you'll do:Work with leadership to expand our programs into new communities by identifying prospects, reaching out, and managing a diverse pipeline across regions.Travel regularly to prospective clients to present and close business opportunities.Collaborate with the sales team to pursue new business.Build relationships with government entities, first responders, 911 telecommunicators, and hospital leadership.Contribute to the development of our sales process by providing feedback.Help communities adopt our programs to improve resuscitation outcomes and survival rates from SCA.Who you are:Minimum 5 years of experience in complex sales involving multiple stakeholders such as government, first responders, and hospitals.Experienced in in-person sales presentations and demonstrating hardware/software products.Solution-oriented, adaptable, and eager to tackle new projects and challenges.Proficient in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and similar tools.Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills with problem-solving capabilities.Curious, coachable, and willing to learn new tools and systems.Flexible and patient, understanding that company growth involves change.Active listener with strong relationship-building skills and the ability to handle objections creatively.Passionate about our mission to save lives.Bonus points for:Bachelor’s degree in any fieldExperience as a First Responder (law enforcement, fire, EMS, 911 telecom)Grant writing experiencePeople management experienceEqual Employment Opportunity:We provide equal opportunity regardless of age, race, gender, disability, religion, sexual orientation, or other protected characteristics.
