The Opportunity
We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic junior lawyer to join our team.
You should be highly organized and able to work both independently and as part of a small team when required.
Key Responsibilities
* Attending daily court appearances
* Supporting the senior lawyer
* Preparing and drafting court documents
* Dealing with clients
* Assisting in the day-to-day running of a small boutique criminal law practice
About You
* Must be admitted as a solicitor
* Be a confident speaker or willing to build your courtroom confidence
* Excellent work ethic and have the attitude of 'no job is too small'
* Strong legal research and analytical abilities
* Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
* Willing to take direction and constructive feedback
* Have a car and valid driver's license & right to work in Australia
