Senior Psychologist Opportunity – Improve Care, Build Capability, Influence Change
Shape service innovation and deliver high‑impact clinical care within PAH's Spinal Injury Unit and Rehabilitation Service.
Your New Role
* Provide advanced psychology assessment, intervention and consultancy for complex inpatient presentations within SIU & Rehabilitation.
* Lead the development, refinement and translation of REST clinical practices, evidence‑based protocols and multidisciplinary education.
* Deliver high‑level clinical leadership, mentoring and supervision to staff, students and early‑career clinicians.
* Drive system‑level engagement, service improvement, data analysis and contributions to research and quality initiatives.
About you
* Demonstrated advanced clinical expertise in behavioural, rehabilitation and complex inpatient psychology.
* Strong communicator skills with the ability to influence, negotiate and collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
* Proven ability to supervise and develop staff, build capability and support sustainable high‑quality service outcomes.
* Experience in leading service improvement, evidence translation, research engagement and the development of innovative clinical models.
