Our client is a well-established business with a strong presence in their market. Due to continued growth and ongoing investment in their planning function, they are looking to recruit a Supply & Demand Planner to join their team.
This role will suit someone looking to take the next step in their planning career within a fast-paced and evolving business.
The Role
The key responsibilities of this role will include, but not be limited to:
* Coordinate supply planning activity to ensure availability is aligned with operational requirements, customer demand and site capacity.
* Assist with maintaining accurate planning information to support business decision making.
* Work with internal teams to ensure planning requirements are communicated clearly and actioned in a timely manner.
* Review data and reporting to identify potential risks, changes or opportunities.
* Support continuous improvement initiatives across planning processes, systems and communication.
* Help manage competing priorities while maintaining accuracy, visibility and a strong service focus.
* Build effective working relationships across the business to support broader team outcomes.
Your Background
* Previous experience in supply planning, production planning, logistics coordination, operations planning or a similar supply chain role.
* Exposure to FMCG, food, manufacturing, agriculture or another fast-paced operational environment would be highly regarded.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving capability, with the ability to work with data and operational information.
* Confident communicating with a range of stakeholders across operational and commercial teams.
* Strong Excel skills and exposure to ERP, planning or reporting systems.
* Highly organised, adaptable and comfortable working in a role that requires strong prioritisation.
