About the Role

If you're ready to take charge of major infrastructure projects, lead skilled teams, and help shape the future of one of WA's most stunning coastal communities - this is your next career move.

As Manager Asset Operations, you'll lead the construction and maintenance of the Shire's civil assets, oversee our fleet and workshop, and make sure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll see the impact of your work every day - from safer roads to community infrastructure.

What you'll bring

* Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) or 5+ years' senior civil works experience
* Proven experience leading construction and maintenance crews
* Strong design and construction background
* Practical problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach
* Ability to work well with people and keep projects on track
* Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with a collaborative approach to stakeholder engagement
