IT Service Delivery Manager

We are currently looking for an experienced IT Service Delivery Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end IT service delivery process, ensuring seamless and efficient execution of service desk, application support, infrastructure support, project services, and consulting engagements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Service Delivery Leadership: Manage the delivery of IT services to meet business objectives, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and efficiency.
* Client Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with senior client stakeholders, understanding their business needs and ensuring our services align with their objectives.
* Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of professionals to achieve excellent results, promoting a collaborative and positive work environment.
* Contract Management: Proactively manage contracts to ensure alignment with business objectives, identifying opportunities for improvement and cost savings.
* Service Improvement Initiatives: Continuously review and enhance service delivery processes, implementing best practices to optimize service quality and client satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Proven experience (7+ years) in IT Service Delivery Management in a multi-service environment, covering service management, service desk, and infrastructure support.
* Strong leadership skills with a track record of successfully managing and motivating diverse teams.
* Exceptional client-facing and communication abilities, with the capacity to interact confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
* Solid understanding of ITIL practices, project management methodologies, and industry standards.
* ITIL V4 Foundations certification.
