We are seeking a visionary and strategic Director of Sales and Marketing to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader with a proven track record in driving sales, building brand awareness, fostering relationships with key stakeholders, and creating innovative marketing strategies to position the hotel competitively in the market. Your day-to-day As Sales & Marketing Director, you'll contribute to our Executive Leadership team, reporting to the hotel General Manager. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to achieve revenue and room night sales goals, setting sales and marketing strategies, creating tactical plans, and monitoring results. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue goals. Enhance brand visibility and reputation through innovative campaigns and strategic partnerships. Lead and mentor a high-performing sales and marketing team, promoting a culture of excellence. Define a clear and differentiated market position, driving Revenue Generation Index (RGI) improvements. Align with the InterContinental brand, IHG One Rewards, and restaurant and bar services to maximize direct revenue and market share. Collaborate with IHG teams to ensure alignment with brand standards and initiatives. Manage digital and social media channels to optimize hotel marketing content and performance. Oversee website, reservation systems, online travel agents, and third-party platforms to increase direct revenue. Lead the long-term commercial strategy, ensuring alignment with brand standards and owner expectations. What We Need From You Proven experience leading sales and marketing in a luxury hotel environment. Exceptional leadership skills and team development capabilities. Expertise in digital marketing, branding, and strategic partnerships. Strong business acumen with effective budget management skills. Experience setting sales targets and overseeing revenue management. Proactive, autonomous work style with accountability for deliverables. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience with Opera and Concerto preferred. Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or Hospitality-related field.
