About the Role
A community support organization in Perth seeks Residential Youth Workers to support young people in a therapeutic residential program. You will work directly with youth, providing care, building relationships, and facilitating life skills. Positions are available with flexible 8‐hour shifts, including weekends.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide direct care for youth in a residential setting.
* Build and maintain supportive relationships with residents.
* Facilitate life skills and therapeutic activities.
* Participate in multi‐disciplinary team meetings.
Required Qualifications
* Degree in social welfare or a related field.
* Experience working with at‐risk or vulnerable youth.
