What You'll Be Doing
* Cost planning and estimating
* Working as part of a team to deliver great outcomes
* Post‐contract services including variations and progress claims
* Tender assessment and analysis
Your Key Responsibilities
* Provide cost planning advice and support to the wider team
* Lead projects from inception through to completion with senior management
* Deliver high‐quality work and client‐facing reports
* Build strong, trust‐based relationships with clients
* Support junior team members and project coordination
* Monthly regional travels – driver's licence required
About You
* Tertiary qualifications in Quantity Surveying, Finance, Engineering, Law, or Project Management
* 2–5 years of experience in construction estimating, cost planning, contract administration, advisory, risk, or technical consulting
* Exceptional communication and problem‐solving skills
* Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and client deliverables
* Current driver's licence
