Director - Investment Management & Equities at Platinum Pacific Partners

Our client is a globally focused investment manager with a long-term, performance-driven philosophy. With offices across key markets and a strong reputation for differentiated insights, the firm serves institutional, adviser, and retail investors.
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to elevate our client's digital presence and accelerate adviser and investor engagement. Based in Sydney and reporting to the Head of Distribution, this role will lead digital strategy and execution, manage marketing automation and the website, and deliver high-quality, compliant content that drives brand awareness and qualified leads.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the firm's digital marketing strategy in alignment with brand, product, and distribution objectives, managing the website, CRM/automation, and digital channels to deliver engaging, compliant, and timely content.
* Oversee paid and organic campaigns (SEO, SEM, programmatic, LinkedIn, retargeting) and email workflows to extend brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and nurture client relationships.
* Collaborate with portfolio managers and distribution teams to deliver digital content (thought leadership, fund insights, performance updates) and drive adviser/investor engagement through webinars, podcasts, video, and interactive formats.
* Monitor and report on campaign performance, website engagement, and lead generation metrics, ensuring data integrity and segmentation across systems while providing insights to optimise ROI.
* Maintain consistency of brand messaging across all digital channels, enhance the adviser/investor experience through timely, personalised communication, and identify innovative tools to elevate engagement, while ensuring compliance with ASIC and AFSL standards.
Requirements
* 5–8 years' experience in digital marketing, ideally within funds/asset management, wealth management, or adjacent financial services (superannuation, platforms, fintech, banking).
* Demonstrated ability to design and execute multi-channel campaigns with measurable outcomes, including SEO, SEM, analytics, and social media.
* Hands-on experience with CRM and automation systems (HubSpot, Salesforce or equivalent), confident in interpreting and presenting digital performance data.
* Skilled in translating complex investment and economic insights into engaging, client-friendly digital content, with excellent written and verbal communication and strong attention to detail.
* Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related discipline; familiarity with ASIC financial services marketing requirements preferred.
