What you'll be doing
Caring for and maintaining indoor plants across client sites
Ensuring plants look vibrant, healthy, and well-presented
Assisting with plant installations and general upkeep tasks
What we're looking for
Current driver's license (essential).
Certificate in Horticulture (or working towards it).
Working with Vulnerable People Registration (essential).
Ability to obtain and pass a National Police Check.
Detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working independently.
Ability to lift plants up to 20kg and work on your feet for extended periods.
Comfortable using mobile apps and tablets for job scheduling and reporting.
Strong communication and customer service skills for interacting with clients professionally.
