Job Role
We are seeking passionate Culinary professionals to join our dynamic kitchen team as Sous Chefs and Chefs de Partie. As a key member of the team, you'll work closely with the Head Chef to lead and inspire colleagues, ensure seamless service, maintain high standards, and contribute to menu development.
Key Responsibilities
* Previous experience in a similar role (Sous Chef or CDP) within a high-volume quality-driven kitchen environment is essential
* A strong knowledge of Italian cuisine and passion for seasonal produce is preferred but not required
* The ability to work under pressure while maintaining precision and attention to detail is crucial
* A positive attitude, strong communication, and teamwork skills are essential
* A commitment to maintaining a clean organized and efficient kitchen is vital
* Availability to work evenings and weekends is necessary
