As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and growing key customer relationships while driving sales performance across ROSEN's service and solution portfolio. You will work closely with customers, project managers and internal stakeholders to deliver value‐driven, commercially sound solutions aligned to customer needs.
This role requires a strong balance of technical understanding, commercial acumen and relationship management, with a focus on long‐term partnerships and sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with ROSEN's vision, mission and core values
* Build, maintain and expand relationships with existing and new customers
* Identify, develop and convert new service, product and solution opportunities
* Generate and achieve sales and revenue targets by increasing customer satisfaction and market share
* Own the end‐to‐end sales process, including proposals, negotiations and contract handover to project teams
* Forecast, track and report on assigned customer sales performance
* Evaluate market trends, competitor activity and growth opportunities
* Lead client meetings, sales visits and represent ROSEN at industry and customer events
* Collaborate with technical, commercial and legal teams to assess risk and deliver compliant solutions
* Maintain accurate records in ROSEN business and sales systems
What you will bring
You are a results‐driven sales professional with strong relationship management skills and experience navigating complex, value‐based sales environments.
* 1–3 years' experience in a sales role (Sales Manager level), with flexibility for more senior appointments based on experience
* A Business or Technical qualification (degree preferred)
* Strong negotiation and influencing skills
* Ability to understand customer business drivers and tailor value‐based solutions
* Experience managing a sales funnel and delivering against targets
* Confidence working across technical, commercial and legal discussions
* Strong communication, planning and stakeholder management capabilities
* A collaborative mindset and high level of professionalism
