Maintenance Technicians are vital to ensuring the smooth operation of automated systems. At our new distribution centre in Kemps Creek, NSW, we require a skilled Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
* We are looking for an individual who can conduct regular maintenance checks on electrical and mechanical systems to identify potential issues before they become major problems.
* The successful candidate will be responsible for calibrating, testing, inspecting, operating, troubleshooting and maintaining electromechanical devices such as PLCs, motors, sensors etc.
* This role involves reading and interpreting electrical schematics and maintenance documentation to ensure that all systems are functioning correctly.
* The ideal candidate will have experience fault finding and rectifying electrical and mechanical faults within drive technology (motors/gears) and maintaining automation control technology (PLC / controls / inverters).
Requirements:
* A current Electrical Ticket/License is essential for this role.
* Cert III or IV in Instrumentation & Control would be highly desirable.
* The successful candidate will need to have extensive experience troubleshooting and repairing electrical faults.
* A strong ability to communicate effectively and work independently or as part of a team is also required.
