Our client is an Australian, family-owned business that have been in operation for 18 years. They produce and market beauty brands with a focus on healthy cosmetics, using the highest quality ingredients across premium and value brands.
Whilst experiencing rapid growth in the past few years, they are very proud to deliver excellent service to all its customers through a dedicated service and sales team. In Australia and based at their Mulgrave head office they are seeking an Ecommerce and Digital Coordinator to join the team on a short-term contract.
As the Ecommerce and Digital Coordinator, you will provide support on day-to-day ecommerce activities to support the Digital and Brand Teams to roll out new products and content on our websites and support day to day electronic direct mail (EDM) campaigns.
Your responsibilities will incorporate:
Execute day to day website activity using Shopify
Set up current products and content on the website including blogs, videos, refreshed imagery, banners
Liaise with website development agency for site improvements.
Work with social media agency including meetings and review monthly content.
Report on website traffic, number of orders, website sales for all websites on a weekly basis
Report on edm results weekly
Work in collaboration with the CMO, Digital Team, Brand Team and Design Team
Who we look for:
Bachelor's degree in marketing (preferred)
Digital Marketing Training in GA/ecommerce/SEO/CRM
Experience managing backend of websites including product listing merchandising (Shopify or similar platform)
Experience with CRM/eDM Marketing, Klaviyo experience advantageous
Strong Communication and Analytical skills
Self-driven and motivated to achieve results
Engaging and effective communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
