We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role involves coordinating and executing digital and offline marketing activity, ensuring campaigns run smoothly, on schedule and within expectations.
The successful candidate will have one to three years' experience in a marketing coordinator or assistant role and possess a strong understanding of SEO and digital marketing principles. They will also be proficient in using common marketing tools such as Zoho Campaigns, CRM, Canva, Shopify or similar CMS.
Key Responsibilities:
* Campaign coordination: Plan and schedule campaigns in line with the commercial calendar, support the implementation of local ANZ marketing strategy and tactics, coordinate email marketing, and maintain the central marketing calendar.
* Digital and content marketing: Draft and publish copy for emails, social posts, webpages, and promotional activity, create and resize simple digital assets, manage and maintain social media channels, assist with blog content, landing pages, product updates, and digital samples.
* Analytics and reporting: Track basic marketing and website performance, support campaign reporting, critically analyse performance, and identify opportunities for improvement.
* SEO and website support: Action SEO updates, update product listings, and ensure content accuracy.
* Events and brand activity: Organise and attend marketing activities, conferences, and events to raise brand awareness and preference, assist with logistics, and support post-event follow-up and reporting.

Requirements:
* One to three years' experience in a marketing coordinator or assistant role.
* A marketing, communications or similar qualification (or equivalent practical experience).
* Strong written communication skills for web, email, and social.
* Experience using common marketing tools such as Zoho Campaigns, CRM, Canva, Shopify or similar CMS.
* Bonus but not required: Experience in education, publishing, or ecommerce, basic graphic design skills, copywriting experience.
