Employment Lawyer - Associate Role
We are seeking a skilled Employment Lawyer to join our team as an Associate. This role offers the opportunity to work in Australia's leading workplace relations firm, learn from award-winning lawyers and be part of a dynamic team.
About This Opportunity
This is a rare chance to grow your career in employment law. We are looking for a candidate with 2-4 years of experience as an employment law practitioner. The successful applicant will have access to flexible/hybrid working options and be based in one of our three locations; Sydney, Brisbane or Melbourne.
Key Responsibilities
* Providing expert legal advice to large and key clients
* Involvement and/or management of matters including restraint of trade, misuse of confidential information, wrongful termination, discrimination, unfair dismissal, general protections and industrial disputes
* Drafting or preparing workplace policies, employment contracts, enterprise agreements and other documentation
* Preparing written advice to clients and conducting research on complex people matters
* Undertaking ad-hoc projects as directed by senior Partners
