DIALOG Fitzroy Australia is seeking a proactive and dedicated Project HSEQ Advisor to join our high-performing HSEQ team. About the role
As a key member of the DIALOG Fitzroy Australia HSEQ Team, you will:
* provide expert guidance and hands‐on support to ensure our people, projects, and operations are protected through HSEQ systems and practices.
* work closely with managers, supervisors, employees, and client stakeholders to embed a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
* ensure that all employees are safeguarded from known and potential risks through effective implementation of company strategies, policies, and procedures.
About you
You will have the following skills and experience:
* Relevant tertiary qualification in Health, Safety & Environment
* Workplace drug testing unit standards
* Minimum 5 years' experience in HSE roles
* Experience in construction or oil & gas industries
* Familiarity with ISO or equivalent management system standards
* Qualification or experience in Quality Assurance (desirable)
