The Digital Content Producer is a key role within the Goodstart Marketing, Brand & Family Services team, responsible for creating and managing high-quality digital content that engages and resonates with families and talent. This position requires a mix of creative, technical, and strategic skills to create content that drives engagement, generates leads, and supports the overall marketing goals.
**Your Impact**:
Create and curate content, such as blog posts, videos, graphics, infographics, and other visual and written assets, that align with the brand voice, tone, and style.
Manage the content production process from ideation to publication, including research, planning, writing, editing, and proofreading.
Optimize content for search engines and social media platforms to increase visibility, traffic, and engagement
Monitor and analyse content performance metrics, such as traffic, engagement, and conversion rates, to inform content optimisation and future strategy.
Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of the content.

**You'll bring to the table**:
Hold a Bachelor Qualification in Marketing/Communications/Journalism or related field
Have 2 years plus experience in digital content production (ideally in a marketing / agency setting)
Possess excellent writing, editing and proof-reading skills
Proficient in content management systems such as WordPress and familiarity with analytic tools - Google Analytics
Strong project management skills and be a creative / strategic thinker
