Sous Chef responsibilities:
* Support the Head Chef in leading the kitchen team
* Drive quality, consistency, and creativity in every service
* Contribute to menu development and kitchen operations
* Mentor and train junior chefs
Chef de Partie responsibilities:
* Confidently run your own section with precision and efficiency
* Deliver dishes to the highest standard, every time
* Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth service

* Proven experience in a similar role (minimum 2 years in a reputable, established restaurant preferred)
