About the role
A Full Time position as an Administration Assistant based at the O'Neil Transport Horsham Depot is now available: you will be an all-rounder; someone who has solid administration and data entry experience. You will be required to undertake a variety of tasks including sorting, preparing and scanning proof of delivery documents plus general administration, customer service and reception duties for the depot. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and reliable person to join a well-established, fast paced company and work with a great team.
You will need to be a quick leaner and be able to work autonomously.
Essential Skills required:
* Good computer skills
* Previous experience in an office administration role
* Can work productively & independently within a team environment
* An excellent phone manner.
* Well-developed communication skills
* Presentable, with a positive work attitude
* Willingness to learn new skills
* Understands confidentiality.
* Ability to manage workload, meet deadlines and ensure accuracy
