Job Summary
The Club Manager will oversee the overall strategy and operation of the venue, encompassing staff leadership, training, program coordination, quality assurance, facilities management, and marketing initiatives execution.
Key responsibilities include day-to-day operations management, business and operational plan execution to drive income growth, customer engagement building, awareness increase of PCYC mission, and stakeholder relationships development.
Responsibilities
1. Staff Leadership: Supervise and motivate a team of professionals to achieve goals and objectives.
2. Training and Development: Provide coaching and guidance to employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.
3. Program Coordination: Plan and execute programs, services, and events that meet the needs of members and stakeholders.
4. Quality Assurance: Monitor and evaluate the quality of services and programs to ensure excellence.
5. Facilities Management: Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of facilities to ensure they are safe and functional.
6. Marketing Initiatives: Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase awareness of the PCYC mission and attract new members.
7. Customer Engagement: Foster positive relationships with customers to build loyalty and retention.
8. Awareness Increase: Educate stakeholders about the PCYC mission and values.
9. Stakeholder Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including partners, sponsors, and community groups.
Requirements
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
* Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a senior management role, preferably in a hospitality or recreation setting.
