The Role
This role is rostered across Sunday to Thursday with varying shift times. By applying, you’re confirming your availability to work across these days.
As a Department Supervisor, you will support the store management team by leading your department in delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining merchandising and visual standards, and driving sales results. You will coach and develop your team to deliver great in-store experiences.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Model exceptional customer service, every customer, every time
- Support and guide the team to deliver exceptional service and a service-over-task environment
- Actively gain, maintain and share product and brand knowledge for your department
- Support the management team to improve financial performance within your department
- Work with the back-of-house team to ensure product availability
- Uphold company standards and deliver store visual excellence
What We're Looking For
- 2–3 years of experience within retail or a similar industry
- Passion for delivering an amazing service experience for customers
- Positive attitude with the ability to create a motivating environment for the team
- Excellent time management skills to ensure daily priorities are executed in a timely manner
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage with customers and team members
